Chipotle Mexican Grill

Celiac / Gluten approved I always feel bad going into a Chipotle and mentioning that I need a gluten free bowl, because I always feel like a nuisance. However, today's experience was nice. The gentleman tool all the precautions to make sure there wasn't any cross contamination, I was surprised at the fact that he constantly washed his hands and continued to sanitize the area. I'm definitely going back to the Coors and St Joseph's Chipotle.

We went in yesterday - amazing experience overall. People in front of us weren't wearing masks. The lady behind the counter kindly asked if they had masks, and then asked if she could get them one when they said no. All handled so gracefully in just the right tone of voice!! My family loves Chipotle, but I've had some iffy experiences in the past with other store as I'm gluten free. For GF people, their protocols are to change spoons on proteins, and get fresh from the back on toppings. This was again handled beautifully, efficiently, and with a smile, all without making me feel awkward at all. They put my items in one bag to not mix with my families. Staff was happy, nice, efficient, and just amazing. It was overall one of the best experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. My 20 yo son even mentioned how amazing it was multiple times (they always feel the awkwardness of my celiac disease). Plus, now he knows I'm willing to go back and get him burritos! Highly recommend this location - thank you to the team there!!
