My wife is gluten and msg sensitive. We also at Founding Farmer’s and Lupo Marino restaurants. Those were nice, but the food and prices at Chopsmith were considerably better.
My favorite was the omelette I got for
lunch PLIS added mushroom and onion AND the unique hard cheese that starts with an “H.”
I ate there three times over three days.
It became my go-to during my stay in DC.

Fresh, tasty and healthy! Staff prepared order very well. Ordering system was easy to use. Also ordered from a human, also not challenging. Not many seats. Difficult to bus dirty dishes into tubs due to layout.
