Welcome Chung Chun, the new and fresh snack bar to Chinatown. This restaurant is a combination of 2 Korean eateries from Katy - Sul Bingsu + Chungchun Hotdogs. Doesn't matter how you look at it, these 2 businesses compliment each other.
I like the interior space. It is great to watch people eating (playing) cheese on the stick. I watched how these hotdogs were made. They don't use flour nor corn meal, I believe it's gluten-friendly (don't quote me). Each dog is dipped in mochi (glutinous rice paste) then deep fried to form a crunchy shell.
There are so many rice hotdogs to choose from. I'll be back to try them all one of these days.
