I would highly recommend Chao Ban as a celiac (gluten free) eater in Vietnam! They were across the terms and were able to point out which items on the menu I couldn’t eat! Which were so few, only the sautéed mushrooms, banana dessert, soft tofu and ribs.
All the food was delicious and I would recommend it to anyone, celiac or not!
