I've been to Ciatti's many times and always happy with my service and food. Last night I went there with a friend who was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. Everyone was so wonderful in making sure her food was safe for her to consume. Our waitress, Shayna, answered all her questions and asked her own questions to ensure her order was within her dietary restrictions. Also, the chef saw her choice of side and had the waitress come out and explain why that choice may not be the safest choice for her so she was able to change her side to a better selection. Absolutely wonderful attention to details! Would highly recommend for anyone managing celiac disease.
