I saw it on the map and wanted you to try it. As I was entering it, a few people mentioned that the cookies here are so good. So I got some pistachios cookies (which are gluten free) and sure enough, they all were right including all the reviews here. I had the pleasure to meet the owner himself - he is such a nice guy! I will definitely be ordering more from here!

I found Claudio's on Etsy and bought their pistachio cookies and their pistachio/cherry cookies. I'm not even gluten free, but was randomly craving some pistachio goodies. The cookies are super moist (almost gooey), not overly sweet, and bursting with pistachio flavor. Just what I was looking for!! They're a little pricey, but make for the perfect indulgence item. 10/10
