Super delicious gluten-free pizza rolls and pizza. Good value for money. Excellent service. Nice, friendly, and attentive. We'd love to come back when we're in the area. The selection of gluten-free products is large, so we'd like to try a few more.

The food, especially the pizza, is really great. Also very tasty in gluten-free form. Unfortunately, delivery times are very long without prior information. Even if you pre-order, the times are not nearly adhered to. If you then call them and ask, you will only get poor excuses. Our last experience was: Food ordered at 5 p.m. for 7:40 p.m. After several calls, the food arrived at 9 p.m.!!! With a driver who had no idea he was almost 1.5 hours late. Previous telephone inquiries only gave implausible excuses, no apology, no discount. If you cannot meet deadline orders, you are not allowed to accept them or at least you have to inform the customer about it yourself and, in the event of such a significant delay, also compensate them. Mistakes can happen, and you can sometimes make a mistake. But then you have to stand up for it and accommodate the customer. It's not without reason that we order for a specific time. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time something like this had happened, but never so bad before. Such unprofessional behavior will ruin your business! We really like the pizza, but unfortunately this is the last time we've ordered there for now. This is simply not acceptable for a family. Annoyed us all evening.
