Asked if the Italian dressing was gluten free due to family members celiac’s. She said she didn’t know however, the ranch was. She told me she would include some with my order. When my husband had brought the order home there was no ranch. I called back and spoke to the GM again and informed her that there was no ranch. She said “there wasn’t?” I politely expressed my frustration of not getting the discount and not receiving the correct items. She became rude and said”I told you there was nothing I could do about the discount. I asked for her name and she would not provide it to me. I asked for corporate phone number and she inquired why. When I told her I would be contacting them she hung up on me. 2 weeks later I contacted the owner Austin H and informed him of the situation. He said that he was told that I had hung up on the GM, had called 5-6 times that day, and that he supported her not doing anything about the promo code not working. He told me he was at the restaurant while it occurred and had already spoke to the worker. But that he did not see what the concern was. It appears that the owner has set the tone for poor customer service and has trickled down to it’s management. Take your business elsewhere. The food wasn’t that great. Not good enough to be treated this way.
