We ordered carry out pizzas, but have also dined in many times. The online ordering is easy. They have a smaller size pie, so it can almost be a single serve. Their gluten free crust is good. Their regular crust is tasty. I love the options and often land on the capriciosa. They also have good salads and other Italian inspired items on their menu. Wood fired is great.

Plenty of Gluten-free pasta options. We split the Carbonara, it was outstanding. We couldn't finish it all. Our server was also amazing, and it was only her first night! Great date night location. Try the GF Root Beer, too!!

The food and people are wonderful every time we come here, but I specifically want to praise the gluten free pizza. I have the pizza from variety of places, but this is the only gf pizza I've had since being diagnosed where I honestly can't tell the difference between it and a regular pizza. Thank you!

I have to eat gluten free and my waitress, Nicole, was able to recommend food and drinks for me that kept me safe while also appealing to the rest of my party so we were all able to have and share appetizers, shareables, main dishes, and dessert. Been living in the area for years and this place is amazing, I have eaten food from all over the US and outside the US and the quality of pestos food is on the top of my list! The shrimp bisque was amazing, creamy, lightly salted, and chunky! I had the Turkey BLT and didn’t need a thing! My wife got the Gluten Free Salmon and she loved it, and my mother in law got the stroganoff, again was amazing. The desert are all home made and are cheap for the size and taste amazing. Everything about this place was great! Will probably be back tomorrow😂

We had a GF pizza to go. Initially we were concerned it wasn’t a gluten free crust because it tasted far too good to be GF. The worker confirmed it indeed is GF and they often have people come back to confirm it. Best GF pizza we’ve ever had, definitely recommend it!

Service was nice, but we ordered a gluten free vegan pizza with extra mushrooms, well done, and was given a very doughy, undercooked pizza with hardly ANY mushrooms on it. Came with a party so I didn't want it "thrown back in" as that is all they offered to do for me.

That Neapolitan pizza is the best in ferndale next to como's deep dish. All depends on what kind of pizza you're craving. Also their brunch is quite nice. The friends I went with had a gluten and the other a diary allergy and they were able to accommodate them.

By far the worst Italian I’ve ever had. Also won’t run your card until they see how much you tip. Ordered: gluten free raviole Fettuccini Alfredo Fiancée ordered the gluten free ravioli and it was 9 small over cooked raviolis smothered in a tomato paste - sauce. I ordered chicken Alfredo, and it was flavorless and the noodles were over cooked. I had to hit it with salt and pepper to try to give it some taste, and had to ask for Parmesan, 10 minutes into the meal because the waitress wasn’t coming back over. The waitress also didn’t check on us or offer refills.

Excellent food options to choose from the menu. Great place for a bridal shower or a family gathering in the Lodge Room. A gluten free menu is available. The food was delicious and exceptionally good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was similar to a lodge in the mountains. The best part of eating here was the chef made the food to your dietary needs. Overall, I will return in the near future.

If you haven’t already, I’d HIGHLY recommend visiting Silvio’s Trattoria E Pizzeria on Canton Center. The owner, Silvio, and his wife are the head chefs and it is a family run business. Incredible handmade pizza and pasta and wonderful service. Last night, Silvio made a fresh batch of gluten free pasta just for my order. It was absolutely delicious and his kindness and hospitality are unmatched. I have celiacs disease and have been impressed again and again by how accommodating the staff is in this regard. Support a local family owned business AND enjoy an incredible meal. We keep going back!

First time coming to Bigalora over the weekend of July 20-22nd, we ordered many different items from the menu so we could really try them out. Every appetizer and entree we ordered was delicious, the kids loved their desserts. Server was great and attentive and the diner itself is really nice inside and out. We sat inside, got a large booth near the bar. Everything was clean and my family left very happy. Also appreciate the large gluten free menu they offer, is a major upgrade to typical menus. Will be back, thanks!

I loved the old school vibe this place has, it felt like family style dining from the 80s/90s. This was our first time trying Detroit style pizza, and we’re so glad that we tried it here!!! I had the gluten free four square, with caramelized onions, black olives, mushrooms and pepperoni, and it might have been the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is perfectly crispy along the edges, not too greasy and the sauce is delicious.

Cottage Inn is such an awesome place for people with gluten allergies such as myself and my son. It’s so rare to be able to go into a restaurant, sit down and have food that’s delicious as well as allergy friendly! It beats making dinner at home every night or frozen GF pizzas! We love coming here for the gluten free cheese bread, and specialty pizzas! The price is decent in comparison to other options in the area and the wait staff are great. Overall 10/10, we come here almost once a month!

My partner and I visit Macomb a few times a year and always make sure to include a trip to Testa Barra while here. Being diagnosed with Celiac has been incredibly challenging but places like Testa Barra really ease that anxiety. It's difficult to find tasty gluten free pasta or pizza and TB has both! The gf crust is amazing and the pasta was great as well. Our server catered to our allergy very well! Highly recommend checking this place out! Definitely find TB to be celiac safe!

Lunch time on a Sunday, and we were the only ones in the place, which was a bit surprising because the food is out of this world! The restaurant is beautiful. White linens. Gold framed paintings. Dimmed lighting. Lovely. She had the beef stuffed ravioli -- exquisite. I had the tutti di mare (gluten free, because they do that here and do it well) -- absolutely succulent. Salads -- crisp, fresh, delicious. Cannoli -- the freshest I've ever had. Decadent. Upon my request, our server even made me a lavender Italian soda. Perfection. She was friendly and attentive, and even let me know that the cannoli was not gluten free, because I had chosen gluten-free options for the other parts of my meal. Every experience I've had here has been like this one. Never bad service. Never a bad food item. Magdaleno's is hands-down, my favorite Italian restaurant.

GET THE GLUTEN FREE CAULIFLOWER CRUST!!! The staff were very knowledgeable and even made suggestions on what other gluten free people, like myself, tried and loved. The cauliflower crust was amazing and my glutenized parter said he couldn’t tell the difference between this crust and a regular thin crust. I waited to write a review until the next day so I would know if I was contaminated or not. I came here to tell you that I feel great!!!

This experience was awesome! We made it to the restaurant just before the kitchen closed. We were on a deadline ourselves because our daughter has Type 1 diabetes and a gluten allergy, which makes dining out very complicated. Our server, Brandon, was on top of it. He was able to get out food order in before the cutoff time, with crazy dietary restrictions to contend with. Did I mention that it was also my daughter's birthday? He made sure my daughter got her birthday (gluten free) desert, and he even sang happy birthday to her. It was the perfect ending to such a special day for a special little girl! Added bonuses... live music, a birthday dance, GREAT food, and the most beautiful views of the Detroit River and Windsor, Ontario!

Love this place! The parking is behind the building. I am dairy free and I ordered the spaghetti without Parmesan cheese. The menu has many noodles that are gluten free. Great place to dine and delicious food!

Monelli's is nice whether you like a sports bar for a quieter Italian restaurant because they have two sides with very different atmospheres serving the same food. It would have been nicer for my wife if they had some gluten-free options, but hey it's bar food with a little Italian. You have to expect gluten at a place like that.

We went on a very busy day and the staff was amazing. We ended up sitting at the bar and enjoying a couple drinks while waiting for our food to arrive. My girlfriend is Celiac and the bartender did an amazing job of taking her order and reassuring her they knew how to keep her food gluten free. My shrimp and Alfredo was fantastic and my girlfriends food tasted good and she did not have a reaction.

My wife and I have been here several times and it never disappoints! The Chopped Salad and Roasted Chicken are amazing and having gluten free options is a must for us! Ynocencio served us drinks this last time. His drinks, presentation, and humor were all on point! We can’t wait to go back!

This was our first time here and Wow! It truly is the best pizza in town! We ordered the Shields Super Pizza. The crust was amazing (crunchy with great tase), the cheese was perfect! Thank you! SheWolf is an amazing experience from start to finish. Service 5/5 - The staff promptly greeted us at the door, we were a bit early so they asked if we would like a drink while we waited. They have a nice standing area to put your jackets and a place to put your drinks while you wait. After a few minutes we had drinks in hand and enjoying the night. Once we were sat (at the bar) the bar tender explained the menu extensively to my fiancé who is gluten free, and my god did they have a lot of options! You could tell every staff member was well versed in the offerings and their passion was seen throughout the entire experience. Drinks 4/5 - Overall we loved our drinks, I had a few off menu cocktails and my fiancé had champagne and wine, I feel like SheWolf isnt fully utilizing their skilled bartenders with a very small cocktail menu. I think they could push a little here and it would make it 5/5. Food 5/5 - Literally every dish was just the right portion, and seasoned to perfection. We were able to share an app, both had Pasta, and Fiancé was amazed how good their gluten free pasta was. Dessert was also amazing. What we loved is we felt great after having all these dishes. Could I of eaten more? Yes! But I prefer exactly how they do it because now I just want to go back :D ! Overall, the vibe of the restaurant is great, you can feel the passion with the staff members, and an excellent date night. Easy on-site parking, and close enough to downtown you could drive a few minutes to have a night out after an amazing dinner. We WILL be back!
