My partner and I visit Macomb a few times a year and always make sure to include a trip to Testa Barra while here. Being diagnosed with Celiac has been incredibly challenging but places like Testa Barra really ease that anxiety. It's difficult to find tasty gluten free pasta or pizza and TB has both! The gf crust is amazing and the pasta was great as well. Our server catered to our allergy very well! Highly recommend checking this place out! Definitely find TB to be celiac safe!

Hair in butter. Bucatini was not cooked sufficiently. Not enough sauce on pasta. Gluten free bread and pizza were overcooked with burnt corners and edges. Wait staff was very good.
