I came to Trinidad. CO ti visit my brother-in-law
He mentioned collies bakery was really good. I decided to give a look. I saw several gluten free items had to get for my wife. Including gluten free cheese cake. .my wife was in heaven!!
Then I looked further and had to have cinnamon buns. Sticky rolls. almond cousants, coconut macaroons with chocolate base, blue berry scones
All made from scratch the best ingredients
All I can say you need to come to Trinidad CO just for Collies Bakery off on Commerce and Main.

Cute little bakery. I love love love the bread and hand pies. Whoever decorates the cookies is an artist. Don't miss the macaroons. Plenty ofgluten-freee items as well.
