I have celiac and was assured the rice bowl I ordered was gluten free. This error resulted me being very sick for 3 days. I understand mistakes happen but it’s not worth taking a chance on your health for food that is subpar in taste.

If you're looking for a definitive Birmingham brunch place, you've found it. It actually feels a bit like you ducked into a restaurant in Brooklyn. You order and then are escorted to a table with your group. It's very popular because everything is so damn good. I also think the coffee is some of the best in Metro Detroit. Try the chorizo hash. Also the best thing in the whole restaurant is the coconut raspberry (somehow gluten free) torte. Try it, trust me
