First, the wonderful aroma of whatever was being made when I first walked in. The sushi 🍣 counter was limited in choice, but, I saw an interesting creation of fish, pickled ginger and rice styled rolls combined in a salad style ready to go meal. The bulk of the groceries are aimed at the health conscious or those looking for gluten free 🆓. Local goods and produce section available. There was even a honey 🍯 dispenser. Don't tell Winnie the Pooh! There are 🥪 sandwiches and heat and eat meals to go. There is a dining area available. The prices are a little high, but, that's not uncommon for health food stores. I will stop by again when I'm in the area. The sushi bowl has my interest.

All the produce is organic, tons of organic, vegan, and gluten free options, and the best grocery store sushi around!
