We had the best time for a belated Valentine’s Day dinner! Wanted to brag on our server, Nick, for a second. He was so helpful in walking us through the menu, even with my needs for gluten free options. You can also just tell he really knows what he is talking about with the way he describes the food and drinks. We were already super satisfied with everything, but Nick’s service made our experience that much better. We will definitely be back!!!

Cooks and Soldiers offers high quality Spanish cuisine, with a focus on small plates and large shareable entrees. The staff and service is first class and personable. Willing to go above and beyond to accommodate any dietary restrictions. The space is beautiful with a nice private outdoor patio. The food is excellent as well. I had a spread of a few items. Highly recommend the wood grilled artichokes. Just delicious. The red shrimp was a decent scampi. Stuffed baby squid was unique for sure, but I don't think I would order it again. Too much bite and a lot going on. Branzino was solid. Very soft with a strong lemon sauce. Few bones. Sides - mushrooms were not great, was expecting a wider variety of shrooms. Broccoli was good but the spiced carrots was probably the best side. Sweet and smokey and perfectly cooked. They have an entire menu dedicated to gluten free and vegetarian which is always a win in my book. Overall the food is good. The service is fantastic and the space is beautiful. Great spot for big get togethers, date night, or few drinks and a bite at the bar.

Every single employee we came into contact with was intentional, attentive, professional, personable, and genuine. The food and wine was flavorful, eclectic, and authentic to the San Sebastian region. The ambience was warm, romantic, urban, and diverse. Also- that cheesecake is gluten-free for those who need to avoid gluten. Sadly though, it is NOT fat-free. We needed this date night… was time to escape from the monotony of the suburbs. Thank you for making it a memorable night in the city! One of the many reasons we live the Atlanta area and all of the environments that Mr. C and Nancy have created.
