Love this restaurant as one of my go to Ethiopian spots since 2009. The filet tibs are so yummy and tender. They also have gluten free teff Injira thats perfect and fresh. More Recently they have changed the flavor or the Shiro and I want the old recipe back! Its still good bur aome how not as flavorfull. I will probably stick to ordering my meat dishes rather than the veggie platter because this last time my lentils dishes were half potatoes, which is not what I want in my veggie dishes.

We enjoyed the gluten-free options that are clearly marked in the menu. The menu has a variety of items from appetizers to their signature Ramen Noodle dishes to hand rolls all the way to Rice bowls. There’s also an intensive cocktail and sake list.

Everyone enjoyed their pizza. Friend advises the gluten-free crust is basically a cracker, but the toppings were tasty.

Say what you want about fast casual chain restaurants, but I'm a huge fan of Blaze Blaze Pizza brings the concept of customized meals to the pizza universe, and customers are presented with a truly dizzying array of options and toppings. The process is simple - choose your dough, cheese type (plant-based cheeses are available), sauce type, and toppings. The raw pizza then goes into a blazing hot oven for a surprisingly short wait and then you can choose your finishings (greens, oils, and/or herbs). Over the years, I've noticed - with great appreciation - that Blaze has expanded its options to welcome all sorts of alternative diets. To wit, there are now four types of doughs available - original, gluten-free, keto, and cauliflower - and when I asked for a gluten-free dough, the server kindly offered to have everyone handling my pizza do a glove change. The original dough isn't what I'd expect from a traditional pie; in my opinion, it errs more on the side of a thick and stretchy tortilla than a pizza dough. But, as they say, "it's its own thing". The dough is thin and crispy, especially if you request it 'well done', a request to which the servers have been more than amenable. Speaking of servers, the folks working here are always so polite and helpful. I tend to get on the persnickety side about how much cheese or toppings I'd like, and I've yet to see an eye roll or flicker of irritation. Instead, they're eager to check in and make sure I'm okay with the amount and spread of my chosen toppings, and that kind of service is just the cherry atop the delicious pizza pie. Pizza is clearly the main eponymous focus here, but there are decent salad options available. There's also a limited number of alcoholic beverages for those who are so inclined. If you're looking for a New York-style pie, this is probably not going to fit the bill for you. But if you're looking for a quick pizza fix, the customizability and cooking time can't be beat.

Amazing soft crust, delicious and addictive pizza. Every ingredient is thoughtfully chosen and fresh. Because of the flour and process he uses for his crust, my gluten sensitivity is not irritated. I order the regular crust not the gluten free. Try the Summer Pizza. If you like all these ingredients individually, wait untill you try this pizza! I also like the build your own with salami, burrata cheese and basil... so good. The atmosphere is contemporary and quiet with booth seating. It is always exceptionally clean and quiet even with several booths filled with customers. The owner is very friendly, offers interesting conversations if you engage, and is very respectful. Try it and see for yourself.

Gluten Free pizza alert! The best gluten free pizza I had ever tasted. I honestly said to the manger this is too good to be gluten free pizza. Well it truly is gluten free pizza that’s amazing. My husband who is not gluten free had the chicken parmigiana sandwich. He loved it. Try this restaurant you will be glad you did.

The dark hot chocolate was divine as well as the gluten-free cheesecake. My girlfriend had the red velvet cake but she said it was a bit lacking flavor wise.

Upscale Burger bar that cooks them the way that I like them. This is a nice fast-casual restaurant with a big bar and trendy drinks like alcoholic milkshakes. It seems to fit a lot of needs, including dates, after work get-togethers and families. I stop by here every week or two for lunch or on my way home. First, they have thick, juicy burgers that are consistent and tasty. They have lots of choices in the way of meaty sandwiches including bison, chicken, tuna, cheese patty, vegan patty etc. They are all about the toppings. There's always a chef special piled high with creative choices. The regular toppings are diverse and good quality. Often, I get egg and bacon on bison. I've never gotten anything that wasn't good quality. They have gluten-free options. They have a gluten-free bun that's tasty and light but a little crumbly. They've got fries, sweet potato fries, and some fried brussel sprout leaves. I find the "chipperbec" fries a little bit chewy but my friends love them. Their sides and appetizers seem a little limited but the "brussel sprout salad" is really tasty. The side salad is heartier than most. Their spicy options are also too much for me and my kid. It's not just a consistent stop for me; I frequently recommend it to my friends.

Despite some preferring a crispier crust, the pies here are well-flavored and the cozy dining room adds to the overall pleasant experience.

The best gluten free pizza I’ve had in my entire life. I got the pesto sauce base and their toppings were so fresh. Still dreaming about it!
