Well stocked, excellent meat and fish counters, very convenient, excellent area for gluten-free products

Just yesterday 1 August 2023 I went shopping at the coop and as I had noticed lately the product shelves are poorly stocked. I also needed to purchase gluten-free products but the aisle dedicated to them was practically empty, there was a lack of rusks, breadcrumbs and almost all bread substitutes and many flours. While biscuits were plentiful, as were various snacks. We asked the listening point for explanations who correctly questioned the department manager who did not agree with our complaints. What is particular is that I have noticed that Coop brand products are essentially always available while the others are cyclically missing. I would add that even when ordering the shopping online it always arrives without many of the ordered products, creating inconvenience and forcing one to go out urgently to find the missing products. We're not quite there!!!!The empty shelves are impressive and people don't want to go to multiple supermarkets to make purchases or if they order groceries they want the guarantee that everything will arrive at home
