Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant

We have frequented the CH in Orlando (Waterford Lakes) for many years and were excited to see a location open in Alpharetta. We are wine club members and come to CH Alpharetta almost weekly for several months now. Unfortunately, we have seen the service and food quality decline. In addition, I have gluten and lactose allergies. I will say servers/management are serious and well trained with this, but the kitchen have made a few errors that luckily, I’ve caught before eating. It seems there has been quite a turnover with service staff, the last 3 times we’ve dined there (bar and dining room), our server has been new. We’ve always had consistent stellar service and food at the Orlando location. This hasn’t always been our experience at the Alpharetta location.

Hands down 10/10 went to a Cooper’s hawk in Florida and we still talked about it years later. The just opened a location in Georgia made reservations For nine for my wife’s birthday dinner absolutely phenomenal. Food was incredible would highly recommend. Also miss Lisa was amazing! Entertaining, funny and top notch service just wanted to highlight our experience and Miss Lisa’s high quality service. Thank you cooper’s Hawk and Lisa for a memorable experience will absolutely be back. Also my wife’s gluten-free and it’s top-notch. We had an amazing time tonight. Thank you!!

OMG! This restaurant is the best. They take celiac/gluten free very seriously and take every measure to prevent cross contamination. They also have a front and back gluten free menu including dessert! They provide complimentary gluten free bread and butter which is amazing! (It doesn’t fall apart!) Our waitress was so knowledgeable and made me feel normal dining in a restaurant (which i haven’t felt in a while..). I had the flourless chocolate torte for dessert and it was delicious. 100% will be coming back here!
