I'm a customer of this store, which makes gluten-free sandwiches, pizzas, and cakes, and I'm allergic to gluten.
While passing through Parly 2 in Le Chesnay, I went to pick up my lunch. I bought a pizza. I waited at least 5 minutes, even though there were only two customers in the store, but the saleswoman was chatting with the other customer, a colleague from the shopping center! Her colleague preferred to do the dishes rather than serve me! The tray presented to me to display my food selection was full of crumbs, so it hadn't been cleaned! I wasn't offered to reheat my pizza, even though I had specified it was to eat now! I wasn't allowed a paper napkin with my pizza! Finally, I didn't find the pizza as good as previous times; it was too salty, and the flavor was amplified since it hadn't been reheated! That's a lot for a single saleswoman, who was commercially on top of things by repeatedly offering me a dessert and a complement for dinner... Overall very disappointed, not being used to such a welcome in this store. The others I frequent in Paris are much more welcoming... Let's be positive, a failure happens... I thank you in advance for not giving me a 'boat' response that is unbearable to read!!!
