Corbin's Confections

Talk about a wonderful place. Originally my first time going to this store was 2 pick up cupcakes that were both gluten and dairy free. I was then told to go in the mornings to see what treats that had out. I have gone twice now and will most certainly be returning. Not only is the treats super delicious (my favorite being the Cinnaminis), but the staff is super friendly and kind. They don’t hesitate to answer your questions and can tell they are putting fourth there best effort into their work. Highly recommend, i’ll be back!

I have celiac disease and this was absolutely incredible for me! You want to get there decently early because once they’re sold out of something they’re out. Everything is so fresh and has such a great texture, which is such a nice surprise for gluten free goodies. pictured: cupcakes: lemon, strawberry, carrot cake, chocolate/choc buttercream, chocolate/choc buttercream and cookie dough, vanilla/vanilla buttercream and cookie dough. maple cinnamon donut, lemon donut, and mini bundt cake (i ate the strawberry hand pie too quickly lol)

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s baby shower. Shanna was terrific! I sent her a photo of our art style, and let her do her thing. The finished result was literally a work of art. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was delicious, moist and fluffy. We chose two flavors, mocha and vanilla. The fondant was perfect. Several of our guests commented that though they had never liked fondant before, they loved this. No one could believe it was all gluten free. Corbin’s is pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for.
