Early dinner on a weekday. Restaurant was largely empty but began to fill up after we finished our meal. Really nice seating and bar area. Hostess was friendly and helpful. Service was very good and she was able to provide a lot of information regarding the gluten free menu items. The gluten free menu is pretty extensive which was great! Had the cheese steak spring rolls which were absolutely delicious! Crab cake and fish sandwich were enjoyable. Dessert was upside down pineapple cake which we really liked as well. Drinks were also made well - we had the espresso martini which we would definitely order again! The only issue we encountered was the bathroom soap dispenser was broken so we couldn't wash our hands. That was a little frustrating but they helped resolve the situation. I would definitely return again to try more menu items!

Always looked like a fun place when I drove by and finally went a few weeks ago with friends for dinner. It was amazing. Our waitress, Brenda, was incredibly kind and helpful. She talked us through the menu and made great recommendations. We all ended up getting the grilled arepa llanera- a delicious combo of avocado, steak and cheese with a sauce. We also tried different sides- I had the tequenos which were sooo good. For beverages - they had a great happy hour and we got $7 blackberry sangria that was a perfect addition. I think we all enjoyed it. But I will say our overall favorite was their green garlic sauce. They need to bottle it- its that good! Also- almost EVERYTHING was gluten free!
Overall it was a great experience. Will definitely go again!

Talk about a wonderful place. Originally my first time going to this store was 2 pick up cupcakes that were both gluten and dairy free. I was then told to go in the mornings to see what treats that had out. I have gone twice now and will most certainly be returning. Not only is the treats super delicious (my favorite being the Cinnaminis), but the staff is super friendly and kind. The food was really really good, I got the fried chicken, the crab cakes and we got the chocolate cake. They were all gluten free and delicious. The building though was so old, and it smelled awful, was very dusty and was a bit hard to breath because it was so musky. I’ve been to some restaurants that were in older buildings and none of them have been like that. Then our service was really bad also. So food-5 stars, atmosphere-1 star service-1 star. There is outdoor seating so maybe it’s worth it to sit outside and eat in the fresh air. They had a ton of gluten free options though.

I was super excited to find Gloria’s while traveling up I-81. The pupusas were fantastic as were the chips and salsa. As someone who eats gluten free (I’m not celiac) the majority of the menu is naturally gluten free (a huge plus). They do have signs that the kitchen is shared so cross contamination may be an issue for some. I look forward to the next time I’m in or near Staunton and can stop in again :)

Gonna have to rate this lower until I get a response. Ordered the asiago chicken, fries, and French onion -all gluten free with listed allergies. I didnt have the soup last night and have had severe diarrhea, bloating and gas all day. Typical from eating gluten for me and last up to 1-2 weeks. I can only assume it was in fact the Asiago chicken. I rarely eat outside of my comfort spots because of this so im gonna have to recommend you steer clear if you are Celiac, GF, or have any allergies. If you cant guarantee the surface or utensils havent been contaminated, don't use them or don't make the product. I would rather have the items docked and refunded than go through this.
