Our waiter Garrett was absolutely fabulous ! Provided professional outstanding service. He was personable, funny and made my birthday dinner with family extra special. Felt like we made a new friend. Tyrek the kitchen manager was also very pleasant to chat with. The food was delicious and so enjoyable ! With great prices. Also appreciated the gluten free options. After several poor attempts at gluten free eats, we finally made it to Whiskey Kitchen. First of all a Celiac heaven. I had crab cakes, which were amazing, fries (they have a dedicated fryer) and slaw. My fiance is from the DMV and had the crab cakes as well. He said they were true crab cakes and the best he’s had in a long time. We didn’t get dessert because our meals were huge. If you have Celiac or gluten intolerance, this is the best place in Virginia Beach.
