Coral life eatery is a go to restaurant for those with gluten allergies and sensitivities. I went there expecting my usual gluten-free macaroni, I was informed by one of the employees that it was no longer gluten-free. As they are preparing my food, I watch them drag the macaroni and cheese, ladle across one of the dressings, contaminating that dressing. I spoke with the manager and corporate did not even make him aware that the macaroni had been changed from gluten-free to a wheat pasta. It was bad enough that they added the flower tortillas. It was not only an amazing restaurant for those with gluten allergies, but all of my family loved it. It is difficult to keep employees trained on how to keep cross-contamination down, they keep adding things with wheat, making it even more difficult to keep it safe.
