Costa D'oro Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

I had the beef scallopini with prawns and it was delicious. Staff were very aware and helpful. Great busy vibe.

Was excited to try this restaurant as it came recommend for gluten free dining. We enjoyed a tasty pasta dish and flatbread, with very generous servings. Prices are a little higher but one pasta dish and flatbread was plenty of food for two adults to share.

I visited Costa D’Oro on a drunken night out and had the most delicious spaghetti and meatballs. My cousin and I were on holiday in the Gold Coast looking for somewhere she can eat safely as she has coeliac disease. We came across Costa D’Oro where we asked the friendly woman standing out the front about whether they could cater for her. She proudly stated that they could accommodate her and that many coeliacs visit Costa D’Ora for that very reason. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. We devoured the bowl in our tipsy state and went back to our hotel well fed. Overall, great little Italian spot with friendly staff. Great knowledge of coeliac/gluten free dietary requirements and take it seriously.
