Costa Vida

Very accommodating to my daughter’s gluten allergy. Great food and service!

There aren’t enough stars I can give to this Costa Vida!! I have Celiac Disease and even though Costa Vida is pretty much all gluten free, the staff at the locations I’ve been to always rub the ladles on the tortillas, which means the flour is all over so it’s a no go. Buuuuuut my husband and I tried this location and Sariah was a Ladle Goddess! She kept everything clean and no cross contact, the spoons hovered and scooped delicious perfection like she was Salt Bae, but even better because she was funny and awesome too. Then comes Lucas, the manager, who not only was fantastic to talk to, but he clearly is an amazing manager because his staff were incredible, his store was impeccable, and his mustache was a glory to behold. The food was perfect, the staff were fantastic, and this was easily the best Costa Vida we have ever been to. Thanks you guys!!
