My new favorite goto for gluten free pizza. Not sure what changed, but they have been great to be extra careful. The pizza is always amazing, and they have two gluten free crust options... I love the cauliflower crust, nice and crispy. Add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar as a finishing topping, you can thank me later.

I'm from the St George area and this was my first time eating at Via 313. We ordered take out and the food was ready when we got there. I'd never had a Detroit style pizza before and I love it. The sauce is on top of the cheese instead of under the cheese. We ordered a cheese pizza, meat lovers and a gluten free cheese pizza. They were all delicious!

The pizza was really good, and a tasty fusion with Indian food. My wife has celiacs and they were accommodating. The regular pizza was fantastic and the gluten free pizza was good as well.

Super yummy food! I always order the Southwest Veggie Sandwich with a side of eggs and turkey bacon and it's all so good. The pastries and smoothies/juices are also delicious. I love that they are 100% gluten free and mostly dairy free since my stomach has issues with both. There's really nothing else like Brick Canvas Cafe in Utah County so I hope they stick around 🖤

We had a great breakfast here. The selections of food were plentiful. The plates were very big and the cost was reasonable. They had a number of gluten-free options for those in our party that needed that. A German pancake looked amazing though I didn’t pick it I saw it. I got the classic American breakfast and it was great with the Hawaiian pancakes. Fresh fruit pancakes look good that my son got as well and actually routine regular buttermilk pancakes. A couple of my kids got also looked great with maple syrup. My brother got the biscuits and gravy which looks great and someone also ordered the bacon pancakes which they said were very good.
