What a great place! The pizza I had looked like a work of art, tasted fantastic, and the texture on the crust was top-notch. I went in skimming the menu for vegetarian options. I had to laugh when the pizza I ordered had prosciutto on it. "Well, guess I get to eat happier today." The bread wasn't gluten free and worked great for me, despite my gluten sensitivity. People working there were great and happy to explain some highlights about the story of how the place came to be.

Great food and great service. I had the Paris burger with raspberry jam and it was terrific. One of our group is gluten free so she ordered her burger without a bun. The burger came with onion straws (not GF) and they remade the entire plate for her. Such a great experience.
