Came in yesterday and they added 6 oz of cheese to my salad. There was hardly any lettuce and my tortilla wasn’t fully cooked. I ate like 3 bites and had to stop because I was going to throw up because all I could taste was cheese and my uncooked tortilla. My friend is gluten free, she got a salad and they didn’t change their after making my regular salad. Never had a worse costa Vida experience.

Rude staff...I’d love to tell you no rice and gluten free tortillas before you start just loading my salad. Only to be told I should have told her...YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE OPTION. Don’t reprimand customers either? Don’t tell me to tell you when I’m not done talking. Small portions. Where’s the chicken I ordered? Other ingredients have fallen into others...sour cream cheese doesn’t contain tortilla strips...in my experience or any of the other examples experienced tonight. Pulled pork EXTREMELY sweet. Refried beans? Should be retired beans, they are dried up. Al dente rice? Never heard of it... Actually really bummed. I was looking forward to it.
