Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill

They messed up an order and gave flour Tortillas to someone who is gluten-free. Thanks for the allergic reaction. They also forgot to add any sauce to the meal.

Terrible for gluten free! Most every other costa vida I’ve been to is great at accommodating a wheat allergy. For some reason every time I come to this particular Costa vida they reufuse to make me a quesadilla meal but substituted on corn tortillas. Every other costa vida I’ve been to does this with no charge and their employees wash hand and glove charge and they all have had dedicated grill space for wheat allergies. They have repeatedly forced me or family trying to get me food to order multiple kids quesadillas and separate sides the price to do so is 3x the price of just a regular meal. It’d be nice to eat somewhere this close to home but they’re very condescending and make you feel like you’re trying to steal food from them just for trying to accommodate a allergy within the company’s own policies.
