Crabby Jo's - Wrights of Howth

We asked if they could do gluten free fish and chips. We were told yes. What followed was very sad, a piece of white fish of indeterminate origin, not battered, as you’d expect from fish and chips. My oysters were ruined, slashed to pieces by an inexperienced shucker. Very poor. Management immediately took out food away and didn’t charge us. Shame when you are on a beautiful quayside that you’d ruin seafood like that

Fantastic fish restaurant, there are also gluten-free options on the menu. Fresh products cooked in an exceptional way served with a pinch of creativity. Easy to reach on foot, not far from the train station. Impeccable service in a very characteristic venue.
