Craft Chophouse & Lounge

We were looking for a place to spread high schoolers and the older generation. This was a great compromise! Everyone enjoyed their dishes (Alfredo, shrimp diablo, mahi mahi bowl, beer cheese burgers, pork chops). The blueberry basil margarita was scrumptious and not overly laden with ice. The cheese cake and gluten free cheese cake (no crust) were very good but not out of this world.

Our waiter managed to drop an entire tray of water on me—soaking my clothes, my seat, and completely ruining my evening as I had a meeting to attend directly after. Sure, accidents happen, but what really set me off was the complete lack of an apology or any effort to make things right. Not a single “I’m sorry,” not a manager check-in, nothing. He just kept moving on like I didn’t just get drenched....in front of like 20 people. Which in it's own right is respectable because I can always appreciate someone who can keep their cool, BUT NEVERTHELESS: When the bill came, the only attempt at compensation was offering me a slice of cheesecake—which, surprise surprise, I couldn’t even eat because I have a gluten allergy (slightly irrelevant but point in case remains). Take your date night, special occasion, or whatever literally anywhere else.
