This small local shop easily has the best ice cream in Vero. It has locally made gluten free treats. A wide variety hot menu items as well!

Amazing cute little shop, tons of gluten free options. Our paninis were absolutely delicious and their gluten free red velvet cake was the best i’ve ever had!! Their key like pie was delicious too, highly recommend if you’re gluten free

On previous visits to Vero Beach, I would walk right past Cravings because of its “deli vibes”. I try to eat gluten free as much as possible and, in my experience, most delis lack options in that area. Well, was I in for a great awakening ! I was over at another local cafe I thought might have what I was looking for…and when it did not, this lovely group of women recommended I try Cravings. I am so glad I overcame my doubts and did! They not only have an entire case of gluten free treats, but they also use pretty clean ingredients! I was in Heaven 🥰. I couldn’t deny I wanted more, so I went back the next day and had another stellar experience. Eileen hooked me up by warming a gluten free oat bran muffin. This made my rainy day! I also picked up some gluten free zucchini and pumpkin breads, and Eileen and another employee even went looking for more oat bran muffins for me to take home (there were only two left in the case, which ended up being perfect).
