To my delight, they had three dairy free options and a GLUTEN-FREE WAFFLE CONE, made fresh! Thank you so much for considering the marginalized; Allergies suck.

Warning: Some people may be shocked about the price. It's not necessarily cheap for ice cream, but when you taste it... Oh boy, Cream's ice cream is worth every dollar. Extremely creamy, absolutely delicious, and handmade cones on top of that. Most flavors are also gluten free, a huge bonus for those with gluten sensitivity (and they note if they're not gluten free!). There's even some (admittedly limited, from what I've seen, though I'm pretty sure they can accomodate), dairy free flavors that I've also tried, they're just as good as the regular stuff. Typically, they have plenty to choose from too. Awesome service on top of that. If you're willing to spend a pretty penny, I highly recommend it. If not, there are other alternatives, but you're missing out big time. Best of all: They're located in Chapters, so if you want some amazing, local coffee with your ice cream, you are absolutely in luck. Try both businesses out.
