An Absolute Gluten-Free Gem in Johannesburg! I honestly can’t rave enough about this place! Coming from Dubai, I’ve tried my fair share of gluten-free spots, but NOTHING has come close to the quality and variety I found at this boutique café. What a breath of fresh air! I have strict dietary requirements, and it’s usually a mission to find places that actually understand, but here everything is 100% gluten-free, and you’d never even guess it from the taste! (I had to double check sometimes haha) I usually travel and try as many places as possible, but I couldn’t help but pop in every single day and try a different menu item each time! What was really impressive was the mix of sweet and savoury options. It’s nice to finally have options. I grabbed everything from breakfast sandwiches to cinamon rolls and carrot cake (which honestly deserves its own shoutout!) Before you leave, make sure you check out the take-home pantry section. I stocked up on gluten-free flour mixes and rusks for the trip home. What makes revisiting so easy is the friendly staff who started to expect my daily visits. They remembered my name and were always happy to recommend new treats to try. If you’re gluten-free (honestly, even if you're not), do yourself a favour and visit this place. It’s an absolute game-changer. I only wish I could take the whole café back to Dubai with me! Can’t wait to come back!

Love Joy created an awesome atmosphere for my friends and I when we visited, this restaurant has made having celiac a much more enjoyable and delicious experience! 10/10 would recommend visiting crumble especially their gluten free carrot cake!
