As someone that has Celiacs, this will definitely be my new pizza spot! They have the option for a complete change out of the materials that are used that could be cross contaminated, and send it through a conveyor belt with a pan that hasn’t been touching gluten. The pizza was fantastic and Bryan and Ethan were both very helpful and friendly, great customer service! Thank you Crust, we will be back!
