This nice restaurant successfully accommodated walk-in customers during peak operational hours and demonstrated effective capacity management despite high occupancy. They utilised authentic Italian-sourced flour and pasta products, and these products have superior digestibility compared to usual wheat-based offerings, in my experience, which was particularly noteworthy for customers with gluten sensitivities (certainly not coeliacs).
