We recently partnered with Culina for a public engagement event in the Wîhkwêntôwin community. Culina crafted a beautiful, delicious, unique, local menu exactly meeting our (very specific) needs and budget constraints. The staff were super flexible and patient with our ever changing order, incredible to work with all the way through, and the delivery team was top notch. We had a nightshades allergy, gluten free, vegetarian, and nut allergy and all were perfectly accommodated. 10/10 recommend working with Culina! Can't wait for our next events in the neighbourhood. I can't rave enough about my experience with Brad and Wendy. I loved that their food options ticked all the boxes I had for folks with food restrictions and allergies. No peanuts, no gluten, no pork, no dairy, individually boxed! AND we loved that they sourced so much locally. The boxes arrived fresh and people couldn't stop complimenting me on my choice of caterer! From the lentil fritters to the bison sausage to the salmon, everything was perfect. And the Bannock!!!
