Visiting from Calgary and stopped by Remedy Café for their gluten-free options. The staff assured me food prep is safe for celiacs, with a separate prep area, toaster, and utensils. Tried the coconut chicken wrap on a GF wrap, Punjabi style — absolutely flavorful and filling. Saved half for later! Great experience and will definitely be back.
Shoutout to the server for being knowledgeable of gluten free practices and a stellar recommendation for my wrap!
Great vibe with attentive staff, quick service, and a cool atmosphere perfect for hanging out before events or networking.

This place is awesome. I've been here for dinner as well as a business breakfast networking thing. The food and beer are amazing. There are a ton of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. I had the king pao tofu lettuce wraps and they were delicious. The building is super cool too.
A vibrant spot with a lively atmosphere, great music, and a charming patio, perfect for brunch and gathering with friends and pups.

We visited this restaurant after hearing great reviews from the gluten-free community. Arriving late in the evening, we seemed to have missed the dinner rush as no other tables arrived.
Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the fish and chips, while my friends had the beef dip. The wait for our food felt long, though it was unclear if this was due to extra precautions for my allergies, as nothing was communicated.
The food looked good, but the flavours fell short. The beef dip was well-received, but both the fries and fried fish lacked seasoning. The coleslaw was overly creamy and bland, though the tartar sauce was great. One piece of my fish tasted fine, while the other was fishy. Additionally, my lemon wedge arrived with the sticker still attached, suggesting a lapse in quality control.
On the positive side, the cocktails were excellent. Overall, while I appreciate the restaurant’s commitment to allergy safety, the slow food service and lack of flavour left me undecided on whether I’d return.
Generous portions and delicious vegan dishes keep fans coming back for more, assuring a satisfying meal every time.

Always absolutely Amazing! Completely vegan and they have a separate gluten free menu, and specify which items could have cross contamination but can be made celiac friendly!

Campio never disappoints!! An easy go to for date night or a sunny Sunday brunch. Highly recommend the gluten-free pizza - even if you don’t have a gluten allergy! Their Carpaccio is my favourite! The staff is very friendly & the food & service are always on point 🥰

We had a great family dinner here. Our server Justin was great and very paitent with our more fussy family members. The food was amazing and the options for celiacs is great! I would highly recommend this location and all the staff there! Thanks everyone for a great experience.

Tried the beet salad bowl and it really wasn't anything special. Was also quite expensive for just a salad with some beets and carrots. I found the tahini dressing that came with it a bit too bland and not enough dressing came with the salad either. The sandwiches sound good but unfortunately they don't carry gluten free options for those so I couldn't try one of those instead.

We recently partnered with Culina for a public engagement event in the Wîhkwêntôwin community. Culina crafted a beautiful, delicious, unique, local menu exactly meeting our (very specific) needs and budget constraints. The staff were super flexible and patient with our ever changing order, incredible to work with all the way through, and the delivery team was top notch. We had a nightshades allergy, gluten free, vegetarian, and nut allergy and all were perfectly accommodated. 10/10 recommend working with Culina! Can't wait for our next events in the neighbourhood. Thank you, Culina Team!!
Charming spot with a heated outdoor area in winter, perfect for grabbing a coffee before a scenic walk by the river valley.

I’m this is a cute little place that offers gluten free items with a separate toaster! I’ve tried the eggs Benedict which I wasn’t a huge fan of the sauce. I just tried their egg sandwich (GF) and it was super good! Cute atmosphere and staff were really good for when I asked about GF items. Dogs allowed on patio outside.
A great local spot with a lively vibe, perfect for family outings and memorable gatherings, boasting consistently delicious dishes and a welcoming atmosphere.

I was quite disappointed with my experience having lunch here last week. I went with coworkers and picked CSH because they seemed like a decent choice in the area for gluten-free food. I asked multiple times if the food was gluten-free and about cross-contamination. They reassured me it was safe. I ordered chicken wings and fries and was told they have a separate fryer. It was not safe. I got sick for 5 days after. The symptoms of gluten intolerance and mild allergy began less than 1 hour after eating. I had to take a sick day from work the following day. I don't recommend that anyone with a gluten sensitivity, intolerance, or allergy eat here. The food was delicious!
I now have more evidence that I'm developing an anaphylaxis reaction to gluten, so that's good - right?! 😆
The service was terrible.
They put us at a crappy table by the door and basically forgot we exist 😅 I am not high maintenance, but do appreciate the bare minimum, which we didn't get.
I hope they stop saying it's safe for gluten allergies or study-up on how to avoid cross contamination with gluten before someone else goes through what I did. And, there are other pubs in Edmonton I go to often and have never been glutened.
Food was delicious. My celiac friend was really happy because of the many gluten-free options, including beer. A bit loud because it was packed on a Thursday night, but worth it.
Enjoy an upscale diner vibe with prompt service and a great atmosphere—perfect for a satisfying breakfast experience!

We were evacuated from Jasper and the hospitality is amazing, they offered us our meal for free. Our server Dhanu was so kind and prompt and knowledgeable about the gluten free and other options in the menu. 10/10 recommend this location and their food :)

I've been here twice and ordered a gluten free pizza. Bar none the best gluten free pizza I have ever had in a restaurant. In my opinion, the crust tasted and had the same consistency/texture as regular pizza crust. The Amore la Carne pizza is awesome!
This spot has been a staple for nearly 50 years, serving great steaks amidst a nostalgic vibe, though consistency has waned lately.

Gluten Free Option available
I'm pretty sure my family visited this restaurant when I was kid but I had never visited as an adult but that changed 18DEC2023 my husband and I went for dinner.
The menu doesn't list what options are Gluten free but our waitress was more than happy to check with the kitchen what was "safe" for me.
I got the House Special 8 oz Top Sirlion and subbed a baked potato for the spaghetti and a Greek salad for the garden salad and obviously skipped the garlic toast being a Celiac. I dded Mushrooms. It was a perfect medium. We will definitely be back.
The decor seems like it hasn't changed since they opened but I was there for the food not the looks.
A charming brunch spot in downtown with a lovely outdoor patio and standout steaks, perfect for a delicious and filling meal anytime.

Excellent food, if you come here you have to try the brussel sprouts. They are fantastic.
Server did a great job and took allergy concerns seriously and was able to make a substitution for us.
It's expensive, but worth it for a nice night out or a special occasion.
Lots of gluten friendly options.
Catch the game while enjoying a variety of flavorful wings and unlimited refills on drinks for a laid-back vibe.

Not a whole bunch of pizzazz... the Blue Jays game was on + the wings were awesome!! The hot af weren't my favorite... All heat meh flavor, but the other 4 flavors more than made up for it. Able to accommodate my gluten issues... Refillable pop! Highly recommend!

This new iteration of Spice Kitchen is awesome! The Biryani was to die for! Quiet and classy atmosphere, kind service attentive to details and fresh big portions dishes. The menu indicates clearly gluten free items and cashews. I love menus with pictures, so this was a nice bonus to make sure we ordered what we thought we were. We, for sure, will be coming back many times!
Great atmosphere, nice drink selection. Had gluten free selections (we were with someone who is celiac). The food was served in big portions and it was also good. If you're looking for a fun place downtown with good food and drink head here.

We had a great brunch! I’m a very sensitive celiac and the chef was super aware of cooking gluten free, I didn’t get sick either. Their fryers are completely gluten free too! Food was delicious, came out hot and looked great. Would recommend!
