Amazing! I can't have gluten and I love thier GF bun; I also have a severe shellfish allergy and the staff went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross contamination. They advised me that they had made a lot of shrimp that day so the fries were not safe, suggested mashed potatoes and made sure I knew not to handle the fries my children had ordered. They showed great care dealing with my food allergies. And the food is excellent too.

This Culvers has dramatically improved over the last four years. The food is spot on and the drive through moves smoothly. I eat Gluten free, so I enjoy the burgers with gluten free bun. I can not eat the fries, but the mashed potatoes with butter works without gravy. The scoop size for custard have been small, but the last few times they are doing better.
