Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Santiago, wonderful experience, fresh products and exceptional service, our waiter was very attentive at all times and had full knowledge of the menu, he knew exactly what could contain gluten and what could not, they adapted the dishes perfectly to me (they have gluten-free bread) everything was so good that we didn't even take photos. We had very fresh and super good cockles and the club menu, figs with very good goat cheese, prawns in the juice of their heads... incredibly good, ham croquettes (to my tomato tart, super delicious), fish of the day that was Simply delicious cod, soft, perfectly cooked, cheeks (they gave me a very tender and tasty gluten-free meat) and for dessert, cardamom and strawberry ice cream, very refreshing. Everything delicious. I will return for sure.
