We chose Cà del Lago as the location for our wedding. Andrea and Linda very professional and helpful, efficient and ready to satisfy any type of request. We were very satisfied with and how our wedding took place given two different cultures (MoldoSiciliana)!!! We have had vegan and even celiac people and they were satisfied in everything! For this, a big thank you to the chef! Lots of dancing... lots of music... Excellent quality of food and wine. Absolutely unbeatable quality/price ratio. Thanks to all the staff! You are special! The choice to celebrate our wedding at Ca del Lago undoubtedly proved to be the best of the whole wedding. It's not just the splendid location, with its green park, the shade of the trees and the delicate rustling of the leaves. It's not just the excellent cuisine, with its choice of always top quality and divinely cooked ingredients. It's not just its highly trained staff, always attentive to every little detail. It's much more. The experience we had at Ca del Lago began several months before our wedding day, when during the first appointment the precision and courtesy of Andrea, the Chef and the manager, pleasantly surprised us. We felt immediately understood and, although ours was not the most classic of weddings, we were accompanied along a path that was a bit tortuous for us. We had never gotten married before, as we liked to repeat, and Andrea was also an excellent listener to our doubts and an attentive, sincere and never intrusive advisor. From the choice of menu to that of wine, the entire Ca del Lago team accompanied us in what, let us say it out loud, was the most successful party ever for us. Indeed, OF the menus, because Andrea and the staff managed 4 menus for our wedding without batting an eyelid, ranging between the classic menu, the vegetarian one, the vegan one and the one for celiacs, making all our guests happy (and delighted). Not an oversight in the room, not a mistake, never a distraction. The staff, always present and super efficient, was (as well as truly impeccable) the reason for many compliments received. But taking a step back, for us Ca del Lago was also the place of our ceremony: in the shade of its majestic trees, Mirko and I said our yes, and it was certainly not the classic one! Andrea did not let himself be moved by the theme of marriage which, in fact, he fully understood and embraced. I can proudly say that he celebrated with us too! The metal music, but also the many tears of joy and emotion, were also thanks to the magical and engaging location. They are not for us, but for all our guests and suppliers, who have found professionalism and support in Andrea and the entire team. In addition to this, if you have any doubts, don't hesitate to ask them: whether it's about cooking, mise en place, decorations or simple advice, Andrea and the legendary Linda will follow you and will be able to give you the perfect solution for you. Now we come to the kitchen: from the buffet to the main courses, not a dish arrived late at a table. And they are not this, dishes that will win you over and that, I assure you, you will remember forever. For us, the favorite dish will remain the delicious risotto with melon and raw ham, recommended by the Chef, who amazed and won us over from the first taste. And it wasn't a planned tasting: Andrea uses only fresh and seasonal products, it would have been impossible for us to try this dish when we did the menu test. Yet, our Chef managed to organize a risotto for us at 4pm, less than 3 days before the wedding, because he perfectly understood our tastes and knew that we would love it: Ca del Lago is also this. During our day we didn't have to think about anything, just enjoying our guests and our party. And in the following days we received nothing but compliments from our guests for the excellent cuisine, the excellent experience and the wonderful day that they, like us, experienced. Ca del Lago is now a place of the heart for us, and I recommend anyone to contact them because you will find answers to every need and desire.
