Just rate the service. We asked for gluten free food and the hostess was rude about it, then just walked away and didn't offer us any table. It felt terrible from a customer service standpoint. We just decided to leave.
I only value the service. We asked about gluten free food and the hostess was a little rude with her answer, and just left and didn't offer us a table. It felt terrible from a customer service standpoint. We decided to just leave and find another place.

Excellent restaurant in Murano.
Dishes also gluten-free (for celiacs) just ask.
Attentive and kind staff.
A lot of attention to the customer.
Different choices: pizza, first courses, meat and fish.
Tried Venetian appetizer. All very good.
Pasta with clams, margherita pizza, Milanese cutlet, sea bass.
All good and plentiful in quantity.
Limoncello also offered!
Advised!!

La Pergola is a good restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. Pizza, fish, meat, pasta, even gluten-free, everything is very tasty here and the price is completely reasonable.
The staff is friendly and attentive. I like coming here, but reservations are recommended in high season.

Enjoyed the 6 course tasting menu and wine pairing. My partner is gluten-free and the chef was amazing with accommodating that allergy (they note in the menu that all allergies will be considered). The presentation and flavors of each dish were beautifully done and offered a full range of flavors and textures. The wines were all regional if not "local" and fantastic - some varietals I wasn't even aware off. All perfectly paired with the food. The service was also exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable of the foods and wines and had a wonderful demenor and attentiveness. The restaurant decor was not as elaborate as many other places in Venice, but after the first bite you don't even notice your surroundings and get immersed in the food and experience.
Experience top-notch service and delightful dishes in a tranquil setting, perfect for a memorable meal during your Venetian adventure.

After arriving on the isola Burano, we searched for a restaurant. What choice we made, superb staff, attentive, informative and so very focused on the customer. Food was superb. Venetian food can be a lottery especially in Venice, but I can safely say that as a coeliac, this restaurant hit all the high quality notes. It was one of the best risotto’s I / we have had.
So a full lunch with local Venetian wine and a great experience. A big thank you to the ‘maitre d’ he was welcoming and his team were equal. I think that anyone needing GF options and a great all round experience will indeed, have a great one. Thank you to the Osterio Al Museo team for our lunch and fond memories of Burano. Caio x
Great atmosphere with a clean interior and tasty kosher dishes, though some find prices steep and portions small on weekends.

I call in the afternoon, booking for the same evening for two people at 8.00 pm, informing those responsible that my wife has celiac disease.
They let us sit and I'll start by saying that the food is good but the manners of the waiter are not and this is the reason why I gave it one star and I will never go there again.
1: I kindly ask if they have gluten-free bread and it is not served to us.... then we ask if we can use the one my wife has for celiacs and we turn up our noses but in the end they agree.
2: The second course is served with a side dish that a celiac cannot eat (but they solve this by bringing another dish)
So far so good........But now the phenomenon enters the scene.
3: Let me start by saying that celiac disease is a serious intolerance and unfortunately we are born with it.
We ask for half a liter of water..... and he replies that they only have it by the liter (then magically they offer us the one I had requested)..... we ask for a gluten-free dessert and he replies that the only one is Tiramisu ( ?????????????????????????????????????) then we discover as we are leaving that he was also there normal ice cream.
All with the nonchalance of a freak not worthy of a waiter...... the performance continues with jokes at the cash register during the bill in the presence of the owner who doesn't intervene........ STUNNED!
Enjoy a stunning outdoor vibe perfect for memorable evenings, with a great atmosphere and a unique touch of shared grappa at the end.

Lovely dinner and friendly staff. I really liked everything we ordered in 5 people (most dishes on the menu)... particular mention for the falafels, the saffron prosecco, and the lemon chicken thighs and saffron rice. The gluten free saffron panna cotta was also great, though I would have also liked a non-gluten cream-rich version!
We waited a bit longer than expected, but that's probably because we didn't specify we wanted the starter falafel to come with the main dishes. Thank you staff!

The location of the restaurant is splendid, right in Campo San Giacomo, in a very quiet area. We ate in the internal garden, which I recommend, more private, but still outdoors. Excellent food, possibility to choose various Gluten free dishes. We had pasta with squid ink and spaghetti with clams in a gluten free version. Everything excellent. Generous portions.
Enjoy scenic waterfront views and a chill vibe while savoring a fantastic meal on a charming, quiet street.

I was at Ristorante Diana six months ago and again in October. The first time I had risotto pesce, which was okay, but nothing more. Even back then I found the service intrusive and invasive, but I was there with a group so I didn't pay much attention to it. The next morning I didn't feel well, and it wasn't until the evening that my condition improved somewhat.
Now I was back with my husband. It was already late, the restaurant we wanted to go to was full, so Diana did. We ate the daily menu, for me spaghetti (gluten-free) with tomato sauce, sogliette with spinach and fries. The first piece of fish tasted musty, the others worked, but were no fun. I quickly realized something was wrong and went home. I had terrible cramps all night long and vomited every hour until six in the morning. I couldn't get out of bed the following day and definitely couldn't eat anything. The next day we drove back to Germany and my family doctor clearly diagnosed food poisoning.
No more Diana!
The spot is a must-visit for delicious, unique pizza and pasta that'll leave you raving long after your meal.

Stop by to eat a quick pizza asking for a gluten-free one and a vegetable...but the prices???!!! Absurd...I'm just saying that they seem too high...the pasta wasn't good but I would say very chewy...I'm sorry but I won't be back
Charming spot with a refined menu featuring diverse options, welcoming vibes, and a beautiful atmosphere—definitely worth a visit!

We chose Cà del Lago as the location for our wedding. Andrea and Linda very professional and helpful, efficient and ready to satisfy any type of request. We were very satisfied with and how our wedding took place given two different cultures (MoldoSiciliana)!!! We have had vegan and even celiac people and they were satisfied in everything! For this, a big thank you to the chef! Lots of dancing... lots of music... Excellent quality of food and wine. Absolutely unbeatable quality/price ratio. Thanks to all the staff! You are special! A wonderful surprise and discovery!
I didn't know this place, an extremely inclusive place not far from San Marco.
They have a separate totally vegan menu, and several gluten-free options.
The staff is very kind, and above all competent in matters of intolerances.
We ate a lasagna with radicchio and mushrooms (really creamy and tasty), goulash and a tasting of vegan cheeses and cured meats.
Enjoy the chef's entree and the gluten-free bread basket served hot.
The portions are not abundant and the price is not particularly low, but I think it is the right price for the research and direction of inclusiveness undertaken by the owners.
Finding a restaurant in the heart of Venice where intolerances are not a limit is truly beautiful.
I hope there will also be such inclusive bacari and cicchetterie in the future.
Really recommended!
A waterfront gem with attentive service and a great vibe, perfect for a delightful meal experience.

We were very happy with the food and the service was also good. Priced okay too. Would come again! I had Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia, which was gluten-free (hence as penne).
