We hired dc catering for our daughters wedding last weekend and everyone raved about the food. He did some gluten free dishes for us as well and they were great. They have lots of options to choose from and we highly recommend them. Matt even called after the wedding to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Great customer service! My first time ordering from DC's and I was a bit nervous as I have Celiac Disease and I ordered a gluten free pizza. I can safely say that it was made exactly as I ordered and to my great surprise, it was delicious! I've had gf pizzas in the past, some of which were just plain awful and a waste of money. This pie had an excellent dough and the fresh mozzarella and Italian sausage were totally authentic. And most importantly, it was truly gluten free. Thank you!!
