Cool, very upscale restaurant with dance music playing and a very contemporary achromatic interior. Felt like I was in Las Vegas. (Prices like Vegas too. Lol)
Food is pan-Latin. Very friendly service and of course the view of the river is fantastic! The menu says what dishes are gluten free, which is extremely helpful for me. We had the shrimp Ceviche and Paella. Both were very delicious!
I had a reservation and mentioned celebrating a birthday. My criticism is they didn't really do anything for the Birthday part.
Also, I would have liked to have their 3 piece Guacamole starter but the kitchen refused to leave off one that contained dairy and replace with one of the other two that didn't have dairy. The server said the kitchen cannot make substitutions which seemed ridiculous because it wasn't really a substitution, as It was an accomodation. They don't do that. (We are also Dairy Free). Was put off by that so we didn't order it.
Other than those things we liked Dosalas. We are not sure we will be back unless for a rare special occasion since they cant "accomodate".
