Trattoria in the heart of Specchia, a small jewel of Salento. We had appetizers and first courses; we needed a gluten-free meal. All delicious, served with passion and professionalism by the staff. Special mention for Graziana, affable and very kind. Typical dishes of Salento cuisine. To return.
