Here you will find an amazing meal in every regard. A bit of a walk from the main touristy area of Alberobello, everything we ate here was delicious. WONDERFUL gluten free options for everything. The waiters were so friendly and even brought a gluten-free bread service when my mother ordered the gluten free pasta, without us even asking. The real strength of the restaurant is the attention to the raw materials, the fish is undoubtedly very fresh and is enhanced by careful preparations and elegant plating, respecting and enhancing the authentic flavor of the ingredients.
We started with a mixed seafood appetizer and a selection of raw fish, accompanied by various sauces and flavored salts that enhanced the taste. As a first course, the lemon tagliolini with scampi tartare, shrimp and stracciatella was simply exquisite. The Catalan-style octopus was also excellent, tender and well-seasoned.
We finished with desserts that were a pleasant surprise, memorable both for the presentation and the taste.
The staff was courteous, attentive and always available, guaranteeing an impeccable service.
