Very rustic environment with do-it-yourself service. The food is very good and offers many typical dishes, the polenta with sausage is delicious and is also gluten-free.
The only flaw is the queue you have to queue, if all goes well 40/50 minutes on average and then the queue to collect the order.

Even though the place is crowded, they manage the queue very well, excellent organization even for celiacs. At the checkout they have a list of all gluten free meals, just specify when ordering that you are celiac!
