I have Celiac. The waiter assured me the Udon bowl was made with rice noodles. What was served to me would have put me in the hospital. I am a local. I left in tears and will never return. Restaurant owners: educate your staff!! UPDATE: I had a long conversation with the owner and she said she spoke to the staff about this, and will be making some changes to her menu. Bravo!
