Gluten free food options. Server Erica was very knowledgeable of what options were safe for a celiac. She told us upfront that the fryer was not a dedicated fryer, but there were plenty of grilled and steamed options to choose from. Highly recommend for a gluten allergy.

Such a great find in PCB! They can make any of their fried items gluten free and are very knowledgable about their ingredients and allergen ingredients! The GF fried flounder was so amazing, flavorful and crunchy!! can’t wait to go back next time we visit PCB!
