They have a special gluten friendly menu. I had the Bourbon Street gluten friendly pancakes and they were phenomenal. All four of us really enjoyed the food. Will definitely go back again.

Really happy I finally tried Great White!! I'm a local and had just given up on eating pizza with friends until now! Unfortunately I am celiac and have a casein allergy as well- so I can't have gluten or dairy. Great White offers 2 gluten free crust options- a normal thin crust gluten free and a cauliflower crust. I got the normal GF crust as I think cauliflower ruins everything it touches- but its nice they have that for the low carb/keto people. The crust appears to be premade and they take caution to not cross contaminate- I have eaten a few times and not been sick and I am pretty sensitive to the glutens. They use violife brand as their cheese alternative and it bakes on a pizza well. Also I like that they know fake cheese is best in moderation so they don't attempt to drown the pizza with it- trust me fake cheese can be overwhelmingly bad if there is too much. They have a perfect balance between sauce and cheese. I got the margarita and the Buffalo chicken and I would get both again! I haven't seen anyone in the area have fake cheese as an option so I am grateful they do. My husband got normal pizza and it looked amazing! I wish I could try the crust so bad.. He really enjoyed his pizza too. The staff are very friendly and the owner is very nice- you can tell he cares about his food. The place kinda has a 90s West Coast/California Beachside pizza shop surf vide.

They have a selection of Celiac safe food but none of it is fried as they only have one fryer. Don’t be fooled by the gluten free batter. I was so excited for calamari when the waitress said gluten free batter but then I asked about the fryer. I had the lemon garlic shrimp with gluten free bread and a salad. It was absolutely delicious, but we waited an hour for our food to be brought out and 30 minutes for our order to be taken. We had waited an hour on the table so we didn’t have much of a choice. The waitress was a little clueless about cross contamination but did go ask her manager questions she didn’t know the answer to & checked with the kitchen to make sure my food could be made Celiac safe. Maybe service would be better for lunch.

We made a reservation for a Thanksgiving lunch and it was fantastic. We are so thankful for the men and women that took time from their own family holiday to take care of us. Gluten free pizza crust was delish! Only complaint is that this place is hard to order from. We called and got put on hold and never spoke to anyone. We tried tonorder online, and it had to be through Grub Hub. We couldn't order the gluten free margarita pizza via Grub Hub, so we decided to go in. When we got there, the employee rang up a spinach, tomato pizza. So not a true margarita, but it was still good.

Fantastic food and Fabulous atmosphere. The only thing is these fancy Italian restaurants that say they have gluten-free options only always have penne pasta as the option. No imagination in that department. How about and eggplant lasagna for instance, or make your own GF pasta using ancient grain wheat...

Amazing BBQ! We have been trying out BBQs in the area and the variety of options drew us to Shane's (we've got a gluten sensitive family member). We got the chopped Pork Plate, the Cheese Baked Potato, Smoked wings and the Big Dad all were delicious and the portions were hefty. Definitely recommend the Lemon Pepper for the wings, it was the best we'd ever tasted. Also some of the best sweet potato fries, not greasy at all just crispy and flavorful. I think we have a new favorite BBQ place for PCB!

Don't get the gluten free donuts... They're not donuts. It's more like a really awful protein bar.. so dense and chewy. With that said the regular donuts were a hit with the husband and little.
