Don't let the strip mall location fool you. Not only does this make parking easier (something hard to find in Panama City), but a spectacular experience awaits you inside. The restaurant is very large inside, with fantastically decorated areas to explore. The dining room is a sight to behold. We were immediately greeted by our bus steward and our waiter and welcomed warmly. The waiter was incredibly conscientious about my wife's allergy (Celiac) and even informed the manager that they had an allergy at our table so that the entire staff would be aware. You don't find that everyday! Also, our waiter, Michael, was new to the job, having been promoted recently. Michael was one of the best waiters we have had in years! Easy conversation with him, trust in his care for our allergy, easy pace of food and just a nice guy. He's got Maître D' Hotel or manager in his future for sure! The food: exquisitely prepared and wonderfully tasteful. The wagyu beef bruschetta was a meal in itself, while the Caesar salad served in a parmesan tuile was fun and delightful - maybe too much pecorino for our tastes but the chef didn't hold back :) Our entrees of Elk and grouper were cooked to perfection with our different risottos perfectly done and very flavorful. Overall, one of the highlights of our vacation and HIGHLY recommended for service, ambience and the food. Excuisite night!
